Change Of Mind
Jawani does not offer refunds/exchanges for 'change of mind'. If the print you received does not meet your expectations, please email info@jawani.shop for assistance.
Damaged goods
Although we put meticulous care into packaging our products, we understand that occasionally items can be damaged on route. In the unlikely event that you find your print damaged upon arrival, please email info@jawani.shop within 10 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Incorrect Order (accidentally got the wrong size)
If you have yet to receive an email stating that your order has been fulfilled, we may be able to assist you. Please email info@jawani.shop ASAP and we can see what we can do!
